Detailed Product Description

Function:
SAC access floor systems are widely used in offices, computer rooms, cleaning 
rooms, communication centers, military headquarters, laboratories and places 
where pipelines and cables are laid in bulk and dust-free and anti-static 
environments are required.

SAC access floor panels are made of cold-rolled steel sheet imported from 
abroad. The top sheet is welded with the bottom sheet which is processed 
by tension and stamping by multi-point welding machines. The space between 
top and bottom plate is filled after welding with foaming cement to strengthen
its mechanical properties, loading and fire-resistance. The surface coating is 
painted by static-powder for its anti-corrosion and wear-resistance using HPL 
(high pressure laminate) as a top cover layer for anti-wear anti-static, anti-foul,
clean ability and low maintenance.

Packed in cardboard, tied with steel bindings and supported by a wooden pallet
